PG Exchange provides a peer-to-peer marketplace for buying and selling cryptocurrencies. We act as an intermediary by holding funds in escrow during trades. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
5. Escrow & Trade Rules
All trades are protected by escrow. Sellers' cryptocurrency is held in escrow until payment is confirmed. Disputes are handled through our resolution process. Users must follow the trade flow and mark payments promptly.
6. Fees
PG Exchange charges fees for deposits, withdrawals, and certain trade actions. All applicable fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction. Fee rates may be updated and are published on the platform.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use PG Exchange for money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities and report them to authorities.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to PG Exchange at any time, with or without cause. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to settlement of any open trades.
9. Limitation of Liability
PG Exchange is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, user error, unauthorized account access, or third-party service failures.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
